“Good Diet Plans”

I’m tire of people telling me they got a good diet plan going… Meanwhile they walk around overweight or they are unhappy with how they look. This tells me their plan SUCKS!

Am workout.

At the 24hrs- ready to hit some legs and upper bod with 1min jump rope intervals! Super Focus… ;)

About to hit it hardcore. With Jump rope circuits and weights. ;)

Remember this- if you over feed yourself through the years your arteries get constricted, blood pressure rises, cholesterol increases etc etc.

3 Day Weekend

You shouldn’t take all 3 days off the gym. Get your bumpers in there TODAY & MONDAY, my FitPeeps! ;)

Yup! I love cornflakes… They take me back to my childhood. So today breakfast is a cornflakes and spinach pancake, before my journey to stage begins next week. :)

IRON TIME

Here we go, 2nd workout of the day. Pumping Iron time! :)

CARDIO

51/2 mile run checked. It’s lunch time, then hitting the dumbbells later this evening. :) Woot! Woot!

Back2back w/ clients this am. Now its me time. Going for my midday run… Let’s do this!

MEAL PLATE

Your meals should look like this: fish, chicken, turkey, meat. Generous amount of veggies (greens) and small amount & RIGHT type of carbs (depending on your goal). AND fruits thru the day. I try to eat at least 3 fruits (snacks) daily. G’night my FitPeeps ;)

MONDAY

Breakfast: Spinach pancake w/ coffee-9am Weight Training then Shake, then a banana… Noon- 2.5ml run (w the puppy), 16oz water & grapefruit… Now it’s time Devour Nigerian left overs!!!!! :)

I had a dream— with the most amazing. Frosty Cold. Gallon. Of WATER! …Woke up to realize - my hands were empty, I was SUPER thirsty and NO WATER!!!! 😥😭 Nightmare…..
